  • Digital Onboarding and Lending: At Tenge Bank (in partnership with EY), we developed and automated online onboarding processes for new corporate clients and subsequent lending. Processes were integrated with Colvir core banking and external services, enabling the bank to onboard business clients quickly.
  • BPM for Card Product Delivery: At Sberbank Kazakhstan, a BPM system was implemented to manage the delivery of banking products to clients—from application submission to courier delivery of documents. This solution reduced service times and improved control at every stage.
  • Internal Processes and Documents: At the First Credit Bureau, our BPM system automated client application processing, dossier management, and internal information exchange. Similarly, partner banks (e.g., Nurbank) implemented ‘credit pipelines’ for retail operations, enhancing speed and quality of service.
