Currency Control Software Crystal VED
Business process automation allows banks and companies to accelerate work, eliminate human factors in routine operations, and ensure process transparency. Crystal Spring implements modern BPM systems that organize efficient interaction between employees and software, reducing manual procedures. We use our own BPM SpringDoc platform and solutions from leading vendors (Camunda 7/8) to configure processes precisely for client needs.
Experience and Projects
- Main Functions: Automation of interactions between internal systems (core banking, compliance, etc.), flexible configuration of currency transaction rules, role-based authorization, support for internet banking and mobile channels for clients.
- Technologies Used: The solution is based on the open-source BPM platform Camunda and modern web technologies (React, Angular). Backend is implemented in Go and Java. The system easily integrates with the existing IT infrastructure of the bank and scales to handle high loads.
- Advantages: Automation significantly speeds up and simplifies currency control processes, ensures compliance with legislation, enforces restrictions (e.g., limits and sanctions), and provides clients with additional services (e.g., tracking payments via SWIFT GPI). The solution helps the bank quickly adapt to changes (new sanctions, regulatory requirements) and move operations to online channels.
- Implementation Examples: Crystal VED is successfully used in major banks in Kazakhstan. For example, JSC ‘Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan’ automated registration of currency contracts, outgoing and incoming SWIFT transfers, and intra-bank currency transfers in 2022–2023. Similar processes were implemented at JSC ‘Freedom Bank’ in 2024–2025.
